had a crashed juvela come through my little workshop about thirty years back. passed in on to a local framebuilder for any bits he might be able to re-use. saved the headplate for my collection iirc. am not presently where the headplate collection abideth so cannot measure distance of fastener holes.

always assumed the name to be one of those creations that were done to allow a manufacturer to place more product into a given market as in "we already have an authorised mondia agent for your area but we could let you have the exclusivity for the juvela badge."

like others, am not convinced frame a mondia/juvela for the reasons posted above; stay ends and serial number placement. it may be but am not sure.
