TA 5-pin cranks, SuperChampion Medaille d'Or rims (260gm), Clement 195g Criterium Setas, reduced spoking (24 or 28, radial front), Nylfor plastic headset, straight alloy seatpost w/separate clamp (WAY lighter than a Campy post), TTT SuperLeggera 'bar (~195gm, IIRC), TTT Record stem... Weigh EVERYTHING and use the lightest you can find. 18lb should be doable with a light frame.
