If its an older wheel set it's likely 8,9,10 spd, I think it would involve replacing freehub body and then redishing the wheel. Depending on those particular wheels and service options from vendor or whether a wheelbuilder could do this it may be possible, but could also be costly enough to justify getting a new 11 spd wheel set. You should contact DT Swiss and ask them.
