only joined today - and new to older bikes - but what a great thread,!
took a chance last month and bought a Peugeot 'sight-unseen' from a Trade Paper down south
shipped to Scotland last week
pleased to say i now have a
1985 P10PG ''Loire''
not a fancy model, but with original paint and decals in vgc
wheels are Rigida Superchromix in mint condition
spent the week re-lubing all the bearings etc etc
waiting for bar-tape, a saddle, new chain and cables
my second road bike in 50+ years.............
