Your discussion a while back about 1' power obviously made an impression on me. I work on this regularly...I don't think I'll ever get to 800w, but 1' is no longer a weakness for me like it used to be... BTW my coach thinks my 1' power is limited by a lack of HTFU more than anything.

Also 3.4 w/kg isn't bad for a working man with kids and a lawn to mow, and prolly a master, too. Also for a lot of crits I think w/CdA might be a better metric anyway, except for the fact that there are no benchmarks available.
Yeah, I was at 4.3 with the same family circumstance. I just haven't found the time to get the 8(?) weeks of really high volume that I need to get back after my infection/surgery. I've been out of the scene too long for anyone to fear my 1' power

Lack of HTFU is limiting everyone's 1' test. I can't imagine too many people can actually focus on every single pedal stroke to get it at 100% effort. That's about 200 reps with no slacking.

Oh, yeah, that was you? I heard a well-timed "on your left" just before I was gonna close that down. Plenty of room

How'd you end up?
