I had a pair of Garneau pro team carbon shoes and while the shoe quality and features are impressive the toe box is just too narrow. If your metatarsal compression is too tight you'll get numbness and other related issues.
hows the sizing of the shimano shoes? did you have go a size up from what the size chart shows? Im US11 so I think I would go with a 46 in shimano. Having said that I might as well visit a local shop lol
