People do have a voice.

I had an incident occur where driver who had a red light turned right in front of me and forced me across 2 lanes of traffic.

I yelled, rather loud and early enough that one of the motor officers working something (I did not see what, I had a feeling about the driver of the car so that is where my attention was) on the other side of the street saw enough and took off after him.
