Wow, what a weak sentence. Potentially paralyze someone because of texting and driving, show absolutely zero remorse, and get a small fine and 9 month license suspension? She needs her vehicle taken away, her phone taken away, and some jail time. I like the one commenter's idea about having her volunteer in a hospital. She needs to see the consequences of her actions first-hand.
Well she is upset about the damage to her car.
“I just don’t care because I’ve already been through a lot of bull**** and my car is like pretty expensive and now I have to fix it,” she told a police officer.
“I’m kind of pissed off that the cyclist has hit the side of my car.
