During my commute home yesterday I was driving along when a police SUV was approaching from rear. Suddenly without warning a cyclist darted out across the street where there was no crosswalk or cross street, both myself and the police office hit the breaks hard. But the officer did nothing! The outrage, if I hadn't been hyper aware I could have collided with the law breaking cyclist.
