I had the same problem with a few different free wheels. I finally went with an ACS crossfire 18tooth and have been very very happy with it! Hope that helps. I love bike above! I think the guy who posted is named Gyeshoe or something along the lines of that.
1. I've got ACS Crossfire freewheels on two of my bikes and like them a lot. They're smooth, quiet and durable.
