Bikes: Super Cheap gc3 approved Bike

Granola bar before. Nothing after, I don't need it. The point is to burn calories, not gain calories. Maybe if I was riding a century I'd a lunch during the middle, some fruit and a sandwich during the ride, but I'd still eat nothing after. Dinner will come along soon enough.
