Looks good. Fair price. Usually when I look at a bike I check the frame for any damage, particularly the headlug area. Wiggle the cranks to make sure they aren't loose. Spin the wheels and check for hops/flat spots. General check of fixing bolts, if they are rounded off. Check headset by applying front brake and rocking the bike forward. And basic appearance.
