Saturday I was riding in a nearby city that is known for no tolerance for bikes. Or anything for that matter. I have seen two other bikes in this town over more than a decade. Probably because this town has lots of huge hills. Nothing like it for 50 miles in any direction. As I rounded a right hand corner a car passed me on the same corner on my left. The passenger threw a large soda cup (like McDonalds) full of ice at me. It just bounced off my side, doing no harm, not even getting me wet. I would have been mad if anything was damaged probably. But, It again confirms that they are stupid kids, and I am much smarter than they are. I'm OK with being smarter than they are. No anger about it at all. The stupidity is on so many levels, it's amusing to me. They couldn't even get the cup toss right. Complete idiots. Until I noticed this thread I had forgotten about it. I also laugh about the people who yell out the window thinking I can understand them through the Doppler effect. Things that are not dangerous are not important.
