A couple things...I'm pretty sure it's a 1990, not 89 due to the bar-ends and specs. Second, you were celebrating your touchdown before the play even started by starting this thread...a little silly. Third, this seller has every right to do what they want, he/she had no deal with you...you didn't give the individual the money, you didn't sign a contract. If you were in same shoes and suddenly realized the value of something you were selling, you'd do the same. So Slimeball...hardly, one could argue you were the slimeball for trying to pick this up for what appears to be well under half-market value.
