I would say the price seems a high. Some condition issues missing randomly replaced parts. $200 seems about the most I would pay. I'm guessing one could end up spending close to that in parts and labor to get this bike back into top shape. As for the headset it looks Ok don't no why the owner didn't use black spacers other than being lazy or cheap.
