I'm not going to post somebody else's activity here, that's weird and stalkery but google caches old copies of web pages and I can see at least one segment that supports our outraged OP's position that people are flagging his rides willy nilly.
I'm also going to go out on a limb and say that 30 mph on a -3% grade supports everybody else's outrage about his average speed claims. And 16.8 mph average speed for a 46 mile, pretty flat ride is... not 22. Or even 19. And certainly not 28.
People are out to get him too, it's clear.
You're surprised people are out to get him, after what he's posted here? The abuse he's claimed to heap on other riders? The absurd claims of a 50 mph sprint?
Hell, this entire thread that he started.
He paints a target on himself by acting so superior, jumps up and screams, "I demand that you shoot me now!", and just like Daffy Duck he then complains about Elmer Fudd flipping his beak around with the shots.
I looked at some of his rides. On one, he damn near hits his max HR to do a climb in 6 minutes where the KOM is 3:40. It's not even a segment where the KOM riders are working hard - the measured power levels in the top 25 that I glanced at barely exceed 300W. Where are the 400-500W numbers from someone really going after that segment?
And it took our hero 6 minutes to get up it at just about his max HR. At barely half the speed of the top riders.
Go around claiming a 50 mph sprint and spewing braggadocio over dropping another casual rider like he won a cage match against Andre the Giant and you're setting yourself up as a target.
Be mediocre and/or downright slow and do all that? And you become a parody of Calvin's "Stupendous Man" superhero.
