Have a chat with your lbs about the hub, the fix is probably fairly simple involving proper adjustment and the correct locknuts (one missing maybe).
The pink can be fixed with judicious use of spray paint (mask the bike please) or oven cleaner to remove it. Anodizing can be removed this way -
