As far as i know noseless saddles aren't designed for racing. I rode one for 2 years in a row and was constantly pushing with my hands because i was sliding forward whatever how i tilted the saddle. My bum was perfectly happy but not my wrists and arms.
The ideal riding position is like in the first pic. I was riding more like in the second pic which is too much for this kind of saddle. A rule of thumb is that the handlebar should be significantly higher than the seat
