Just to chime in with what little knowledge I have on this subject: this would be an incomplete/incorrect Super Record set in any case as the brake shoe holders appear to be steel and not alloy. If they are steel and the triangular guides have the Brev. Campagnolo stampings, chances are good they never had the black coating (although repechage makes the point that the stampings continued for a short period after the coating was introduced). Steel = NR and alloy = SR.

The brakes look nice, just not $230 nice. And the seller showed his true colors in his response, so I'd run - not walk - away on this one.
