to me the holders look like these


even the nuts look like they are victory/triomphe thinner and not rounded as found on super record ..the brakes look dirty and rust if forming in spots .....but how can we know what we are talking about the seller owned a bike shop since 78 .......for some odd reason he cant sell them there
