That was my point, that you don't have a fit on that small of a frame. Your body size has nothing to do with being more at one with a bike.
Judging from that pic... If you were pulling the pack, hands on the hood tops, forearms horizontal, you would need to pull your elbows outward in order to be in that position without your knee's striking your arms at each apex of your pedal strokes....
Efficient power output on the bike dictates an efficient setup.... But OK....
