From: Above ground, Walnut Creek, Ca

Bikes: 8 ss bikes, 1 5-speed touring bike

at 155 i run 80psi front and rear in 700c 23-25mm tires. no pinch flats in over 10,000 miles. in 28's i'll run 75. in 32s 60psi.

the other day i had flat (non-pinchflat) and had to use my hand pump. i rode about 5 miles before i found bike store open with a complementary pump with a pressure gauge. it so happens i had about 50psi from my hand pump. didn't experience any problems with the 50. not that i normally run 50. IME, your pressure is about right. of course being aware of road debris and curb mismatches is a must.
