If your existing spokes were the proper length, (spoke end into nipple) and even if they weren't, offsetting the spoke holes in the rim will have so little effect on spoke length... It may show on the SLC (spoke length calculator) but you'd be hard pressed to find spokes cut to lengths to compensate for that difference. If you want to get it "perfect" look at your current wheels and see where the spokes end in the nipples. You can then assess if the new "OC" rims can use a different length to get it right.
