With the black zertz breaking up the rear stays and fork, it could look real mean with the orange frameset, and then black stem/seatpost/saddle/bar tape/cables, especially with your black chainrings and crankset. At that rate, the crank arms could be done in matching orange, and it still could have enough black to break it up.
It won't look broken up. It will be a big blob of orange (which I like) and then the black will disappear. It really needs something to offset the black and the more I thin about it the more I think grey (along with the group set) would do the trick. It will make the black look more intentional and give the bike some dimension.
Do you have a photoshop program handy? Spend some time with the complete bike and
find the balance.
