A couple of questions: 1). Are you planning on rides where you drive to a starting point? 2). Is quality the most important virtue?
The only redeeming value of Moeser Lane is that it's steep. Otherwise, its just a steep four lane street for hilltop commuters...with humming powerlines over your head. If you want steep, climb Marin. I can't get up it in my Audi.

1. Mt. Diablo to warm up.
2. King Ridge loop from Duncan's Mill
3. OLH-Stage-Tunitas Creek
4. Mt. Hamilton up and down, or the loop
5. Napa Valley flower tour.

Fit the rest days where you need them, there's lots of climbing in there and the ride quality is pretty good.
