thanks for the offer chuckfox. i just wrote a letter to raleigh, so i want to see what they'll do first. even though these pedels are aparently pieces of crap, they're pretty much what i was looking for. until they don't spin like they should, i really don't have much to complain about (apart from the snapping piece, which really didn't anger me as much as the poor service). they are compact, light, and connect my foot to the crank. i might take you up on your offer, but i'm going to see if raleigh feels like keeping me happy first.
