+ if the LBS sees the scraches on your hoods and saddle, they will put you in the category of "This guy doesnt give a ****, about his bike..." "He could have bumped/droped the drive side, bending the der hanger, causing the RD to go in the spokes." ... and then you would have to explain what came first, but by then, their mides are already made up... so they proly wont bend over backwards to help you. Now, if you bring them an immaculate bike ...
