A 103mm. I think the Essex comes with a 110mm. And it isnt a smooth one either. I used one of these.

i am confuse, fsa recommends a 110.5 for those cranks, and i have a perfect chainline with those cranks on a 107mm bb, and i wouldnt be able to use any smaller of a spindle. waaat.
