I called up the bike shop. They dont carry any reflective tape and it sounds like they dont have any small flashing led's as the guy said the ones they do have mount to a seat post.

Surely there are some flashing led's that are small, like 1" diameter, that I can use on my helmet and other places - rear frame rails, rack, front fork arms, etc.
