That's allowing a bit extra just in case the handlebars / brakes get re-positioned. I have enough inner cable and of different diameters to work with.
Well, I could help you with the 24in section, but not the 45. You're probably going to need to find someone that has a roll. My bits have been harvested. Good luck!
