Anybody here claim to be perfect? Good people can make bad mistakes.
So many, calling careless driving a mistake, very sad.
And others that accept such wrongs because others engage in careless driving, kill someone and believe that is OK because a jury will not find them guilty.
Calling me "lily white and perfect" by FBinNY is not appropriate. If I engage in careless driving and kill someone, I fully believe I should receive the same penalty I am calling for others to receive for killing someone while carelessly driving.
Careless driving is a choice.
