I have bought an enormous amount of stuff from them (maybe 5 builds worth of parts), and their shipping is great, but customs time is the variable. I have had to deal with customs once, on wheels, but never on any of the smaller packages. It is typically 1-2 weeks from ordering to receipt for me, but I have had an occasional 3 weeker.
