Thanks to all for your ideas. There wasn't anything on the tires. The magnets aren't hitting the sensors nor are they getting near each other. The noise is there whether I'm pedaling or not, but it's not there when I'm off the bike and turning the wheels by hand. So, I'm not sure why the bottom bracket would make any difference.
