The problem with ISIS, aside from requiring an extractor like other 3-piece cranks (potentially problematic), is that like Octalink it jams a 21mm spindle inside the BB along with the bearings...
Which is why the Dura-Ace Octalink BB uses rollers in addition to balls. This should solve it, but this BB suffers a bad rep anyway, probably due to poor sealing and contamination. I have one so I'm going to find out, once I get around to polishing and anodising the crank arms... how on Earth something as porny as a DA crankset was ever doomed to be clearcoated rather anodised is beyond me... I hope it resulted in hara-kiri by the party responsible.
