I am new to road biking and I would like to start riding on a daily basis to and from work.
I am looking to get a women's road bike.
My price range is between $600 and $800. I can get 20% off the following brands:

- Cannondale
- Felt
- Jamis
- Kona

I have found two bikes that I am interested in and I would like to know which bike you guys would consider a better deal or if you have any other better suggestions all together.
