Trek FX is popular for a reason. That is one nice bike. It is a quality platform and one that is worth upgrading down the line when parts wear out. As for the seat, the LBS is right! I went from the stock seat to a gel-cushioned Planet Bike seat to a Forte Pro firm seat, to a Forte Pro narrow road bike seat!!! Who would have thought?
