Looks to be a classic Campy NR BB, but with the cups in the opposite sides (as it's an Ital. thread both sides are RH threaded). If the adjustable cup won/t spin out using the SP-green pin tool then remove the "fixed" side with a proper 36mm boxed end spanner that's held on the cup with washers and the crank arm bolt (to prevent slipping). then once the fixed cup is off you can use a Sheldon Brown method to remove the adjustable cup.
