Cash... not sure how low I would go before taking the Segway. FWIW a new one is over $6,000 It might pay for itself if you could rent it out. I have ridden around on one on a college campus, it was fun for a while, but I couldn't see it replacing walking or a bike. Bike is a helluva lot faster for the most part.
