Get yourself and Orbea Orca. Super comfortable for the long races (conserves energy for the final miles), stiff enough to sprint (for the final 200meters) and light enough to climb (Basque country is hilly... to be expected by a bike from there...)
If you can't afford to go with Dura-Ace or Record, stick with Campy as Chorus is a bit nicer than Ultegra (personal opinion only, others may disagree... and I do ride Ultegra...)
