I rode The nifty 1050 was a few weeks ago. 1000' every 5 miles. It does most of the nasty climbs in the area including Marin. The first time I did it a few years ago some of us were talking at a stop and another cyclist not on the ride said "Hiller sucks! No one does that!" Well we did after a few more climbs.

This year I took a wrong turn and missed one of the short climbs but still got in 10,000' in 50 miles.
