You could probably just ask [what's the guy's name?] at Business Cycles. However, it's (much) more important to get the right top tube length for yourself than standover height. At 5'10", you'd *likely* be on the large side for a 54 and the small side for a 56. Like I said, best to figure out what top tube length you need and go from there.
