I'm jealous! I'm 5' 5' (165 cm) and have an inseam of 72.5 cm...

To answer the OP's question, I ride a size 51 frame with an effective top tube length of 52.4 cm. I had the stem swapped with a shorter one (-10 mm) as I felt somewhat stretched with the original stem.
