wow.. really? 16 or 18? humm. i ride a 21" park pre..but i think it al depends on the brand of bike. what do you think? i rode a giant 18.5 the other day and it seemed too small-it wasnt the carbon fiber NRS that im thinking of buying though. i didnt really try to make any adjustments to see if i could make i fit either.
