I've also heard about "lady's frame" ALANs, such as the Azzuri, but haven't seen one completely painted in any style.

On classic rendezvous it's stated that the Colnago's were not exactly rebrands, because of the unique features, more like contract builds because ALAN was one of the few companies that could do scroo 'n gloo frames.
AFAIK AlAn never made these "bitubo" models for anyone else.
