The classic way to clean/service a team's worth of bikes was to use a bucket of kerosine mixed with motor oil and either paint on/let drip off of the chain or place the read der and chain loops into the bucket. There are references in old time books and magizine articles about the euro team mechanics and their methods. Andy.
