Condor's is my LBS - but they're hradly outfitters for the economic cyclist.
Don't know much about much when it comes to London but theres a guy always posting on Gumtree, claiming to near Spitafields, who has 2nd hand and cheaper stuff. Can't vouch for him but heres the posting:

For online stuff, On-one.co.uk have very cheap track hubs (can't vouch for the hub, company is great), 30 quid for a fixed/fixed 120mm rear hub. Hubjub.co.uk have a lot of tracky bits.
