Those are '89 Dia Compe levers. You can still buy the oldschool levers and hoods at Niagara bike works. They carry a good selection of replacement parts for vintage bikes.

The back wheel freehub can accept 11sp cassettes but I chose the 7sp shimano 12-28 so I can use the correct/factory indexed downtube shifters.
