I was I a bike shop last Sat. and I started a small talk conversation with this young woman during all this she told me that in chicago they are, either going to or already have, Implemented a road or street use tax paid in the form of a brake tag or some kind of sticker,, for cyclist ,,so the question is , is this so? does anybody here know about that?? just general discussion,,,,,,,,,,,
