Bridgestone rb-1 vs. Trek 620

Hi y'all- I have a bridgestone rb-1 framset w/ fork, bb, headset and seatpost. Its red, 1991, Perfectly good shape and straight. Its too small for me (57.5?) and I have an offer to trade it for a trek 620 frame set in my size (I'm 6'4", 200lbs) I've never ridden either of these frames. Is this a good trade? I am looking to build up a bike for local road rides up to 75 miles and definitely some touring at some point. I'm a daily commuter on my nishiki but looking to get more into riding. I'm not a purist, I would swap out whatever parts needed to make a bike work well. Style is great but I need good function here. I also am considering just selling the frame set and looking at brand new bikes or something used but newer. I'm hoping somehow by off-ing the rb-1 and 2-300 bucks I can can get a decent ride. Any thoughts anyone? This will be my only road bike. I have my 1975 nishiki international single speed for around the town stylie cruising and such. Help?? thanks!
