Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

The "reducers" do just that, they allow a 1-1/8" headset to fit into a 1-1/4" headtube. What you need is a headtube "stretcher" and they don't exist. Basically there is no way to fit a 1-1/4" headset into a 1-1/8" headtube.
